I had a major problem with my 1997 Ford F-250 HD 7.3 Power-Stroke caused by total incompetence by the mechanic across the street (Cool Master). The owner of MPower Truck & Diesel Repair (Tom) and head mechanic (Dan) personally diagnosed the issue within one day. They are a Ford Certified shop, so their work is backed by Ford Motors. They are more than capable of handling any diesel issues. I won't take my truck anywhere else.

Tom and the Crew at Mpower have maintained my Fleet since 2021. As the Fleet Manager for our Fuel Company it's important to keep our units on the road and minimize the down time. Either a simple BIT Inspection or a more complicated diagnosis M Power gets us back on the road without worry.

Broke down in our motorhome about 50 yards from Tom's shop. Got referred to them by multiple people on a public Facebook forum only for them to try and charge me 6 hrs to diagnose a bad ecu when me and the mechanic stood around for 3 hrs and waited for the office to send him a wiring diagram even after I told the mechanic that cummins tech support said they would run him through all the tests to diag a bad ecu. Total they were trying to charge me 5500 dollars to fix our problem. When I approached Tom that I thought the 6 hrs for diagnostic to find a bad ecu seemed excessive since me and the mechanic had stood around for so long he got bent out of shape. Walked in the back of the shop and said I didn't owe him anything and they were washing their hands of it! Only because I questioned the amount of labor. Their tech only used a test light to test things. Never out an ohm meter on a thing. I called Jenn and Terrence from American pride diesel and they got me dialed and back on the road for almost half the price of what Tom was trying to charge me!

MPower is a trusted and professional shop to bring your vehicle. I recently brought my truck in for a thorough diagnostic and had the turbocharger replaced on my diesel. I noticed a nice improvement in performance and will be continuing to bring my vehicle in the future. 5 star service!!!!

We had a fleet vehicle that has had a engine replaced twice. I found this shop on the internet with amazing review. I decided to give them a try. They found the problem was with our previous mechanic. We knew something was not right after we replaced two engines and still having troubles. They not only fixed our vehicle but had it smog-ed for us. I dealt directly with Jill (amazing customer service and reassurance) and Tom (strait forward guy who is passionate about his work)who were very attentive. They took the time to let us know what was going on, how long it would take, and exactly what it would cost! we are blown away with the customer service and the knowledge of vehicles here. we will be using them from now on knowing we are in great hands!
